I needed this for a back country course whereby it was compulsory to wear a helmet (I’ve been ski touring for a number of years and never wore a helmet). I measured my head, found I needed a medium and bought that size. It seemed a bit tight, but after 10 minutes wearing the helmet, I forgot it was there and it wasn’t tight. I also bought the helmet as it has ventilation slits that can be opened or closed. Well worth the money.

I would highly recommend this helmet. Good interior material with a removeable soft fleece lining, the adjustment dial on the back gives a good comfy fit which securely adjusts to your head. I tried many other helmets and did not get the warm fuzzy compared to when this was placed on ones sweed! My only minor gripe is the chin strap slowly loosens down slightly over the whole day, but this is being mega picky. The vents on top work well when overheating on the black slopes, and there are small slips in the ear protectors for a specific helmet headphone design to enhance your motivation when skiing. Overall i would highly recommend this product based on the price.
